I found a paper copy that someone had made of a chapter from a book---don't know the title or who wrote it, but it really defined some of my thoughts on Christian unity, so here it is for reading and comment. There is much talk today about "unity." Many churches are trying to achieve unity---unity among their own member, and unity between themselves and other churches. And there is no question God intended HIS church to be one. But what is "unity," and what is its basis? For unless we know the true nature and basis of unity, how can we seek it?
